Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, hands-on care assisting patients with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and feeding
Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the nursing team
Assist with safe patient transfers, mobility, and positioning to promote comfort and safety
Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control protocols consistently
Document care and observations clearly and communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
Support patients emotionally with kindness and respect — your bedside manner matters

Qualifications

Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
Comfortable providing hands-on patient care and assisting with mobility
Strong communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Basic life support/CPR certification preferred or obtainable upon hire
Reliable, punctual, and able to follow facility policies and procedures

Education

High school diploma or GED preferred
Completion of an approved CNA training program and current CNA certification

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic patient care
Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
Good charting and documentation practices
Compassionate patient interaction and effective communication
