Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert respiratory care for neonatal to geriatric patients across the facility
• Manage ventilators (PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, MR1, V-60) and high-flow oxygen devices
• Respond to Level II trauma, NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac cases
• Make clinical judgments independently and collaborate closely with physicians
• Cover all areas including inpatient, outpatient, ER, and more
• Ensure the highest standards of patient safety and comfort

Qualifications

• Current RRT or CRT certification required
• Active North Dakota state license (or ability to obtain before start)
• Minimum NICU experience - we need someone who thrives in high-acuity neonate care
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Ability to work independently and make sound clinical decisions
• Friendly, team-oriented attitude that fits our collaborative culture

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in ventilator management and airway care
• Proficiency with Airvo, PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, MR1, V-60 equipment
• Strong clinical judgment for critical care situations
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Adaptability across all patient populations from neonates to geriatrics
