Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, varied 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM; weekend shift required occasionally with a weekday off

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide acute care physical therapy across med-surg, telemetry, ICU, and oncology units
Manage ventilator-dependent patients and post-operative orthopedic cases including total joints
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including intensivists and rehab techs
Deliver patient-centered care for a wide range of diagnoses from ortho to cardiology
Hit the ground running with minimal orientation - we need a confident clinician!

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy license required
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of acute care PT experience
Proven experience with ortho, total joints, and ICU/ventilator patients
Ability to work independently and adapt quickly to varied patient needs

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning in acute care settings
Expertise in orthopedic and cardiopulmonary rehabilitation
Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Comfortable working with a diverse patient population
