Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, schedule varies with weekend and holiday rotations

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to a diverse patient population including cardiac, neuro, ortho, and oncology cases
Titrate heparin drips as needed and monitor patient responses
Float across multiple facilities within Zone 3, adapting quickly to different unit environments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and communicate effectively with patients and families

Qualifications

Must have at least 2 years of MS-Tele experience
Prefer prior neuro experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications
Ability to float within a 60-mile radius and work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills

Knowledge & Skills

MS-Tele experience
Heparin titration
Patient monitoring
Neuro experience preferred
Ability to work in a fast-paced float pool environment
Strong communication and teamwork
