Location: Caldwell, TX

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 09-28-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, no weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to a diverse patient population including orthopedic, neurologic, wound care, and debility cases
Cover both inpatient and outpatient settings, managing a mix of acute, skilled, and rehab patients
Collaborate with a supportive nursing and therapy team to deliver patient-centered care
Precept new staff as needed and participate in departmental orientation
Contribute to a positive work environment by maintaining reliable attendance and flexibility

Qualifications

Current Physical Therapy license in Texas
National license or eligibility to obtain
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in both inpatient and outpatient settings preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills
Proficient in managing fractures, ortho injuries, and post-surgical cases
Comfortable with wound care, vacuum-assisted closure (VAC), and neurological cases
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, mixed caseload environment
