Location: San Andreas, CA
Start Date: 07-06-2026

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM (Saturday in-patient only, typically shorter)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive outpatient physical therapy evaluations and treatments
- Develop individualized care plans to restore function and improve mobility
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
- Educate patients and families on therapeutic exercises and home care
Qualifications
- Active California Physical Therapist license
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Experience in outpatient setting preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work Tuesday through Saturday schedule
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
- Proficient in therapeutic exercise prescription
- Manual therapy skills
- Patient education and motivation
- Electronic medical records documentation
