Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional outpatient physical therapy to a diverse caseload of orthopedic patients
Treat an average of 12 patients per day in a dynamic clinic setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including PTAs and aides
Maintain detailed documentation and ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Adapt treatment plans to address a variety of diagnoses in a small-town community

Qualifications

Active Oregon Physical Therapist license (or ability to obtain prior to start)
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Previous outpatient experience required; acute inpatient experience is a plus
Ability to work independently and manage a busy patient schedule

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in orthopedics and outpatient rehabilitation
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Time management skills to handle 10-hour days efficiently
Adaptability to treat a wide variety of cases
