Shift Type: Night shift, 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, includes weekends and holidays as required

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Draw arterial blood gases (ABGs) and perform respiratory assessments
Set up and manage BiPAP and ventilator equipment (PB 980, Philips V60, Respironics Lumis)
Administer nebulizer treatments
Stand by for conscious sedation and cardioversion procedures
Assist with intubations as needed
Care for neonatal patients requiring bubble CPAP and level 2 nursery support

Qualifications

Active Washington State Respiratory Therapist license
RRT or CRT credential (RRT preferred)
Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
Must have strong NICU experience and ventilator skills
Comfortable working full-time night shifts including weekends and holidays

Knowledge & Skills

ABG draw and analysis
BiPAP and ventilator setup and management
Nebulizer treatments
Conscious sedation and cardioversion standby
Assist intubation
Neonatal care: bubble CPAP, level 2 nursery
