Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Flexible days, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (2nd shift)
Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and support to residents
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report changes to healthcare team
- Collaborate with nursing staff to ensure quality care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Educate patients and families on health management
Qualifications
- Active LPN or RN license in the state of Pennsylvania
- Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
- Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
- Knowledge of electronic health records (EHR) systems
