Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality home health physical therapy services to patients in the Bakersfield area
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and function
Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to ensure holistic patient care
Educate patients and families on exercise programs and injury prevention
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Home health experience preferred
Ability to travel up to 25% within the service area

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in physical therapy assessment and treatment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
Knowledge of home health regulations and documentation standards
