Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population including outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled patients
Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)
Current North Dakota physical therapy license or compact eligibility
BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience preferred but new graduates are welcome to apply - we will train!

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (BS, MS, or DPT)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and therapeutic exercise
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Time management skills to handle an average of 8 patients per day
