Location: Prescott, Arizona

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:30 PM, typically 8-hour shifts

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality outpatient physical therapy to a diverse patient population, including ortho, neuro, BPPV, vestibular, and fall-risk patients
Evaluate and treat 8-10 patients per day, developing individualized care plans
Collaborate with PTAs, rehab techs, and the Director of Rehabilitation
Document patient progress accurately using EMR systems
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and prevention strategies

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Arizona or compact eligibility
At least 1 year of outpatient experience required
Current BLS and CPR certifications
EMR proficiency preferred
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced clinic

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient experience
EMR experience
BLS and CPR certified
Strong communication and patient education skills
Ability to manage a geriatric population
