Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional physical therapy to a diverse outpatient caseload including ortho, total joint, vestibular, neuro, and balance patients
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life
Collaborate with a dedicated team including 2 PTAs and supportive rehab aides
Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate documentation and patient tracking
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention
Contribute to a positive and professional clinic environment

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapy License
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Ability to treat an average of 9-11 patients per day
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Adaptability to treat a wide variety of diagnoses

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedics, vestibular rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, and balance training
Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
Clinical reasoning and evidence-based practice
Patient education and motivational interviewing
Team collaboration and time management
