Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with weekend and holiday rotation

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor telemetry and cardiac rhythms for patients across multiple MS-Tele units
Administer medications, including heparin titration, and provide comprehensive nursing care
Float between hospitals within Zone 3 (Denver metro area) to fill staffing gaps
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient outcomes
Adapt quickly to various unit specialties including cardiac, neuro, oncology, ortho, and more

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of MS-Tele experience required
Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Willingness to float within a 60-mile radius across multiple facilities
Prior neuro experience preferred

Knowledge & Skills

Proficiency in telemetry monitoring and interpretation
Experience with heparin titration
Ability to manage diverse patient populations across various acuity levels
Strong adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic float pool environment
