Location: Fort Morgan, CO

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Thursday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (10-hour shifts, flexible scheduling)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy to pediatric and adult patients with conditions such as developmental delay, autism, torticollis, and orthopedic issues
Schedule and manage your own patient caseload with flexibility
Occasionally assist with inpatient acute care evaluations
Utilize warm water therapy pool for specialized treatments
Collaborate with a supportive team including a pediatric PTA and supervisor

Qualifications

Valid Colorado Physical Therapy license required
Current BLS certification
Some pediatric therapy experience preferred
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient pediatric and adult therapy
Proficiency with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
