Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Tuesday-Saturday, 7:30 AM - 4:30 PM with 1-hour lunch (day shift)

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $70 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide outpatient physical therapy services to help patients regain mobility and function
Develop individualized treatment plans focused on achieving measurable outcomes
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care
Document patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on exercises and home care strategies

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license
Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program
Strong clinical reasoning and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program (Doctorate or Master's)

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in outpatient orthopedic and rehabilitation techniques
Knowledge of evidence-based practice in physical therapy
Proficient in electronic medical records
Excellent interpersonal and patient education skills
