Candidate Pay Rate: $78 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Manage individualized, goal-directed nursing care using the nursing process and primary nursing principles
Adhere to departmental and hospital policies, procedures, and standards of nursing practice
Provide comprehensive care in LDRP and nursery/postpartum units
Utilize equipment such as Meditech, OBIX, Pyxis Supply Stations, and bedside fetal monitors
Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent LDRP experience required
Active Alaska state RN license
Current BLS, NRP, and STABLE certifications
Willingness to complete medication testing on site within first two weeks

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in Meditech, OBIX, Pyxis Supply Stations, and bedside fetal monitoring
Strong understanding of the nursing process and primary nursing
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
