Location: Santa Maria, California

Start Date: 06-15-2026

End Date: 09-14-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with every 3rd weekend rotation

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide skilled occupational therapy services to patients in their homes
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve daily living skills
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members for coordinated care
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and equipment
Complete accurate and timely documentation including OASIS assessments
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapy license
At least one year of experience in occupational therapy (home health preferred)
BLS certification required
Experience with OASIS documentation
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and treatment planning skills
Proficiency with Cerner EMR system
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Knowledge of home health regulations and safety standards
Ability to work independently and manage a caseload
