Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to understand patient needs across the lifespan.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions.
- Coordinate care with primary care providers, nurses, and behavioral health colleagues to ensure whole-person support.
- Deliver clinically sound documentation and maintain accurate patient records.
- Provide assessment and treatment for depression, anxiety, trauma, substance use, and adjustment disorders.
- Advocate for and support underserved and rural populations to improve access to behavioral health services.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program (required).
- Active LISW license in Iowa (required).
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Experience working in rural or medically underserved settings is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and clinical documentation skills.

- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
