Candidate Pay Rate: $17 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate hands-on care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living
- Support mobility and transfers safely, using proper body mechanics and equipment
- Monitor and report resident status, changes, and concerns to the nursing team
- Assist with meals, feeding, and observing dietary needs and restrictions
- Help maintain a clean, comfortable environment that promotes healing and dignity
- Contribute to accurate documentation and timely communication with interdisciplinary staff
Qualifications
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in good standing
- Ability to pass facility-required background checks and health screenings
- Comfortable working in a rehabilitation/long-term care setting
- Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude
- Available to work per-diem shifts including occasional weekends
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assisting with ADLs (bathing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
- Basic vital signs measurement and observation skills
- Knowledge of infection control and resident safety practices
- Able to follow care plans and document observations clearly
- Good interpersonal skills for working with residents and families
