Roles & Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, patient-centered nursing care to adults in a rehabilitation/health setting
• Assess patient status and communicate changes promptly to the care team
• Administer medications and treatments safely and in accordance with facility policy
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and timely
• Collaborate with therapists, physicians, and support staff to promote recovery goals
• Support discharge planning and patient education to help patients transition successfully

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensure — eligible applicants considered
• Current, valid nursing license in good standing
• Ability to work per diem shifts and adapt to varying schedules
• Professional, compassionate bedside manner and strong communication skills

• Solid patient assessment and clinical decision-making
• Accurate documentation and charting practices
• Medication administration and safe practice standards
• Teamwork and effective interdisciplinary communication
• Comfort working in a rehabilitation/healthcare environment and supporting recovery goals
