Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients during your shift
• Perform patient assessments, monitor vital signs, and report changes promptly
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document accurately
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Support admissions, discharges, and patient transfers with professionalism
• Educate patients and families about care plans and follow-up instructions

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Eligible to practice in New Mexico and meet facility credentialing requirements
• Comfortable working a 12+ hour night shift (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM)
• Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork mindset
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification preferred

Education

• Graduate of an accredited LPN or RN training program; high school diploma or GED required

Knowledge & Skills

• Solid patient assessment and monitoring skills
• Safe medication administration and accurate documentation
• Ability to prioritize and respond to changing patient needs
• Effective communication with patients, families, and care teams
• Familiarity with clinical workflows and charting best practices
