Location: Albuquerque, NM
Contract Type: Per-Diem
Shift Type: Per diem (as-needed), 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (Night) — 12.5-hour night shift with a 30-minute meal break
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Assist nursing staff with transfers, bathing, feeding, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes promptly to the RN
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation of care and patient conditions
- Help maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Communicate clearly and kindly with patients, families, and the care team
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- Active/state-appropriate CNA credential for New Mexico preferred
- Current BLS/CPR certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to pass background check and meet facility immunization requirements
- Customer-focused attitude with good communication and teamwork skills
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an approved CNA training program and certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on patient care and ADL assistance
- Basic vital sign measurement and documentation
- Safe patient handling and transfer techniques
- Infection control and standard precautions
- Clear communication with interdisciplinary teams and families
