Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct, compassionate patient care for medical-surgical patients
- Monitor and assess patient conditions and vital signs to catch changes early
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation for continuity of care
- Educate patients and families about treatment plans and recovery steps
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to optimize outcomes
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Arizona or compact state license
- Minimum 2 years of Med-Surg nursing experience
- BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
- Strong clinical assessment skills and clear communication abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and prioritizing patient safety
