Roles & Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely using MAR/TAR
- Deliver compassionate patient care and support daily living needs
- Document assessments, interventions, and outcomes in PCC thoroughly and timely
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to create person-centered care plans
- Monitor patient status and escalate concerns to clinical leadership when needed
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection control best practices
- Support and mentor nursing assistants and new team members during shifts
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license as appropriate for the role
- Current BLS/CPR certification (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
- Demonstrated knowledge of PCC, MAR, and TAR systems — must know these tools
- Credentialed and ready to start a travel assignment (documentation up to date)
- Reliable, professional, and able to work scheduled day shifts (Mon/Tue/Thu)
Education
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program (LPN or RN as applicable)
- Diploma, Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), or equivalent
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in medication administration and MAR/TAR documentation
- Experience with electronic health record systems, especially PCC
- Strong clinical assessment and patient-monitoring skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork in fast-paced care settings
- Time management and prioritization for 12+ hour shifts
