Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily non-clinical operations to keep things running smoothly
• Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners to solve problems quickly
• Organize documentation and maintain accurate records with attention to detail
• Support project and process improvements that make a tangible difference for staff and patients
• Act as a reliable point of contact for stakeholders and escalate issues when needed

Qualifications

• Experience in non-clinical healthcare or hospital operations preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and a customer-focused attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced hospital environment and adapting to change
• Ability to pass required background checks and health screenings
• Familiarity with electronic documentation systems is a plus

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor degree preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Basic proficiency with common office software and electronic records
• Problem-solving mindset with an eye for process improvement
• Ability to collaborate effectively with clinical and non-clinical teams
