Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide mobile X-ray services using portable digital (DR) and computed (CR) equipment at nursing homes and post-acute facilities
- Perform and process diagnostic X-rays, ensuring images are clinically diagnostic and technically sound
- Transmit images to Radiologists and EKGs to Cardiologists promptly for interpretation
- Unload, transport and maintain portable X-ray equipment and vehicle to ensure safe, reliable service
- Scan and submit exam paperwork and billing documents daily according to protocol
- Communicate clearly and professionally with dispatch, facility staff, peers and supervisors to coordinate patient care
- Perform EKGs as needed and ensure accurate transmission and documentation
- Safely handle physical demands of the role, including pushing/pulling equipment and using ramps/pulleys
Qualifications
- ARRT certification — REQUIRED
- Active Driver's License — REQUIRED (you’ll be on the move!)
- Comfortable operating portable DR and CR radiography equipment
- Ability to perform EKGs when required and transmit for interpretation
- Must be able to safely push/pull up to 50–100 lbs with appropriate equipment and technique
- Limited licenses are not accepted
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in mobile radiography and patient positioning for high-quality diagnostic images
- Experienced with portable X-ray operation (DR and CR) and image/document transmission workflows
- Able to perform and process EKGs and transmit to cardiology providers
- Strong communication and customer-service focus when interacting with facility staff and patients
- Good organizational habits for daily scanning and documentation of exams and billing paperwork
- Basic vehicle maintenance awareness to help keep your work mobile and reliable
