Shift Type: Night shift, 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM NOC; rotating pattern with an every-other-week rhythm (exact days set by facility)
Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents including bathing, grooming, and toileting
- Assist with activities of daily living to maintain independence and dignity
- Monitor and record vital signs accurately and report any changes to the nursing team
- Support safe mobility and transfers while following facility protocols
- Maintain clear, timely documentation in the resident chart and communicate with interdisciplinary team members
- Follow infection control and safety procedures to protect residents and staff
- Contribute to a positive resident experience through empathy, patience, and respectful communication
Qualifications
- Active LNA (Licensed Nursing Assistant) certification (VT/NH as indicated)
- Local candidates only (position listed as LOCAL ONLY)
- Ability to work night shift hours (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Must have own RTO and all RTOs must be approved prior to finalizing contract (per facility note)
- Comfortable working in long-term care or similar clinical setting and collaborating with nursing staff
Knowledge & Skills
- Hands-on experience with ADLs, transfers, and resident hygiene
- Accurate vital signs measurement and basic clinical observation
- Good charting and documentation habits; familiarity with electronic medical records a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with residents and team members
- Infection prevention, resident safety, and basic emergency response knowledge
- Time management and the ability to prioritize resident needs during a shift
