Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging clinical education and training for nursing staff to improve patient care
• Champion best practices in PCC (PointClickCare) and ensure accurate documentation workflows
• Support staff competency by coaching at the bedside and providing timely feedback
• Collaborate with nursing leadership and interdisciplinary teams to identify education needs and quality improvement opportunities
• Step in to provide floor nursing coverage when needed, keeping patient safety front and center
• Evaluate outcomes of education initiatives and adjust content for maximum impact

Qualifications

• Active RN license (eligible to work in New Hampshire) — compact license holders welcome if appropriate
• Experience as a Nurse Practice Educator, clinical educator, or similar nursing education role
• Proficiency with PCC (PointClickCare) and comfortable navigating electronic documentation
• Hands-on floor nursing experience and the ability to provide direct patient care when required
• Strong communication and coaching skills to teach and mentor clinical staff
