Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate direct patient care including assistance with activities of daily living
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to nursing staff promptly
• Assist with transfers, mobility and safe patient handling while maintaining dignity
• Perform routine clinical tasks such as taking vital signs and documenting observations
• Support admissions, discharges and transitions to ensure smooth patient experiences
• Maintain infection control standards and a safe, clean environment for patients and staff
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to deliver person-centered care

Qualifications

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential; T-CNA candidates will be considered
• Current CPR/BLS certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Flexible availability and willingness to work PRN/night shifts
• Strong communication skills and a caring, patient-first attitude

Education

• Completion of an accredited CNA training program
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Basic clinical skills: vital signs, ADL assistance and safe patient handling
• Knowledge of infection prevention and standard precautions
• Comfortable with documentation and charting in electronic health records
• Reliable time management and the ability to prioritize patient needs
• Team-oriented mindset and clear communication with patients and coworkers
