Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on bedside care to residents and patients
- Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, toileting, feeding)
- Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team
- Perform vital signs and basic clinical observations accurately
- Document care and observations clearly and timely in the patient record
- Maintain a safe, clean environment and follow infection-control practices
- Collaborate with nurses and interdisciplinary staff to support patient goals
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential
- Ability to work the assigned night shift: Friday, 7:00 PM - 5:00 AM
- Local to Lebanon, NH or able to reliably commute (local-only position)
- Comfortable performing direct patient care and working within a care team
- Willingness to complete facility onboarding and required screenings
Knowledge & Skills
- Basic patient care and hygiene practices
- Ability to take and record vital signs accurately
- Familiarity with infection prevention and safe patient handling
- Clear, respectful communication with patients, families, and staff
- Reliable documentation and time-management skills during shift work
