Location: Silverdale, Washington

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8-hour, 10-hour, or 12-hour shifts with varied start times

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Prepare and maintain the sterile field in the CVOR suite
Assist surgeons during cardiac, vascular, and thoracic procedures
Operate and troubleshoot advanced robotic equipment (Da Vinci XI)
Ensure all instruments and supplies are ready for each case
Collaborate with the surgical team to deliver top-notch patient care
Participate in call rotation for after-hours and weekend coverage

Qualifications

Current Washington State surgical technologist license
BLS certification (AHA)
At least 1 year of CVOR experience
EPIC proficiency preferred
Robotics experience a plus - we are willing to train!

Knowledge & Skills

Strong understanding of sterile technique and infection control
Ability to anticipate surgeon needs during complex cases
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Adaptability to work with varying case types and schedules
