Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM NOC

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate 1:1 labor support and active positioning to help families welcome their newest members
Monitor fetal well-being using advanced GE equipment and deliver exceptional postpartum care
Collaborate with residents and a dedicated anesthesia team in a teaching hospital environment
Respond confidently to OB emergencies while maintaining our impressively low C-section rate
Build meaningful connections with patients from admission through discharge in our beautiful Birth Care Suites

Qualifications

Active RN license with at least 1 year of current acute care L&D experience
BLS, ACLS, NRP, and IFMC or AWHONN certifications required
OR circulating experience and Spinning Babies training are a plus
Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for patient-centered care

Knowledge & Skills

Labor and delivery expertise with postpartum care knowledge
Fetal monitoring and Alaris pump proficiency
CPN and Meditech documentation experience
Ability to manage OB emergencies and support low-risk births
