Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, no set schedules

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $34 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms remotely for up to 60 patients using advanced technology
Recognize and report dangerous arrhythmias following established protocols
Collaborate with local RN staff to ensure timely patient care interventions
Accurately document rhythm changes and maintain detailed surveillance records
Follow communication channels during routine and emergency situations
Strive to improve patient outcomes and department metrics

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent related work experience in cardiac monitoring
Must pass Advanced Dysrhythmia exam with lethal rhythms section (one chance only)
Graduation from an accredited program including EKG Interpretation
Ability to work without another concurrent assignment
Available for 2-3 days of day shift orientation for night shift positions
