Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care to patients recovering from spinal, neuro, and trauma surgeries
- Support patients with complex needs including quadriplegia and paraplegia
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional outcomes
- Document patient progress accurately using EPIC electronic health records
- Educate patients and families on care plans and recovery goals
Qualifications
- Active RN license verified through Nursys
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical/Surgical specialty
- Current BLS certification
- EPIC experience required
- Clean work history with no employment gaps greater than 60 days
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and clinical skills in neuro and trauma care
- Proficiency with EPIC documentation system
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Ability to manage complex patient cases with empathy and professionalism
