Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate physical therapy services to patients in their homes
- Conduct start of care assessments and resumption of care visits
- Complete recertifications and regular patient visits to support recovery goals
- Collaborate with clinical coordinators and fellow therapists for seamless care
- Perform safety evaluations and teaching visits when needed in hospice situations
Qualifications
- Current ND Physical Therapy License required
- BLS certification required
- Valid Driver's License and Auto Insurance
- Home Health experience and OASIS training preferred
- First-time travelers welcome to apply
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy expertise in home health settings
- OASIS documentation experience
- Strong communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently while staying connected with the care team
- Comfortable managing a 6.5 point daily caseload
