Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist patients with therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and strength
- Support licensed therapists in delivering personalized rehabilitation plans
- Help patients regain independence through hands-on care and encouragement
- Document progress and communicate effectively with the care team
- Create a positive and motivating environment for every patient
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapy Assistant license in California
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate approach to patient care
- Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic rehab setting
Knowledge & Skills
- Rehabilitation therapy techniques
- Patient mobility and exercise support
- Clear documentation practices
- Team collaboration and communication
