Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $29 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Assist physicians and staff to keep the clinic running smoothly
- Take vital signs and gather important medical history from patients
- Educate and prepare patients for office procedures
- Help collect and prepare specimens for testing
- Administer injections under direct physician supervision
- Notify patients of test results and care plans as directed
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
- Active Medical Assistant Certification
- Current American Heart Association BLS certification
- Previous travel experience preferred
- Must have reliable personal transportation
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong patient care and communication skills
- Ability to take accurate vital signs
- Comfortable assisting with minor procedures
- Knowledge of informed consent and specimen handling
- Professional and compassionate bedside manner
