Roles & Responsibilities

• Monitor residents continuously and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments accurately while maintaining detailed documentation
• Supervise and support LNAs to deliver consistent, high-quality care
• Collaborate with physicians during rounds to address residents' medical needs
• Provide specialized care including wound management, oxygen therapy, and feeding support
• Coordinate admissions, discharges, and transfers with thorough documentation
• Build meaningful connections with families to keep them informed and involved
• Lead your unit with confidence during each shift under supportive nursing leadership

Qualifications

• Active New Hampshire nursing license required at time of submission
• Minimum 3 years of current nursing experience within the last 6 months
• IV certification or willingness to obtain during onboarding
• COVID vaccination required with no exemptions accepted
• Previous travel experience and rural facility background highly preferred
• Must have reliable personal transportation for this rural location

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong clinical skills in medication administration and wound care
• Comfort supervising and mentoring LNAs
• Experience with wound vacs, gastrostomy/jejunostomy feedings, and oxygen administration
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Ability to float confidently to units within your experience level
