Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM and 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $66 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to oncology and trauma patients on a 28-bed PCU/Med-Surg unit
- Administer chemotherapy and manage titratable drips such as insulin and Cardizem
- Monitor ventilators and perform hemodynamic assessments including CVP, A-line, and Swan-Ganz
- Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of PT/OT, case managers, and dietitians to optimize patient outcomes
- Float within similar levels of care to support unit needs while maintaining excellent patient ratios
- Champion hourly rounding and patient experience initiatives to ensure every patient feels valued
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
- BLS, ACLS, and ONS/ONCC certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of PCU or oncology nursing experience
- Chemotherapy certification strongly preferred
- EPIC experience within the last 6 months is helpful but not required
- Valid driver's license to verify 50-mile radius compliance
