Location: Hamburg, IA
Start Date: 07-13-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Nights
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $67 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise nursing staff across Med Surg and ER units
- Provide hands-on patient care while overseeing daily operations
- Coordinate staffing and workflow to ensure excellent patient outcomes
- Mentor team members and support professional development
- Respond to emergencies and guide clinical decision-making
Qualifications
- Active Iowa nursing license required
- BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC certifications
- Minimum 6 years of nursing experience
- Previous charge nurse or supervisory experience preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong clinical skills in both Med Surg and Emergency Room settings
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with OB/Newborn Stabilization is a plus
