Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day in a fast-paced yet supportive clinic
Apply your outpatient expertise while gaining exposure to a variety of diagnoses common in a small-town setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide occasional acute inpatient coverage if interested, expanding your clinical versatility
Build meaningful relationships with patients in a unique athletic-club environment

Qualifications

Current Oregon PT license (can be obtained after submission)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide range of orthopedic and varied diagnoses

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient assessment and treatment planning skills
Ability to manage a full caseload of 12 patients daily
Flexibility to cover acute inpatient needs when able
Excellent communication and patient-education abilities
Comfort working independently in a community-focused clinic
