Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 7:00 PM and 6:30 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor cardiac rhythms and titrate drips to keep patients stable
Provide continuous EEG monitoring for adults and geriatrics
Collaborate with the care team to manage cardiac, nephrology, stroke, and diabetic patients
Float to medical floors, ICU, or rehab as needed to support the broader team
Deliver compassionate, fast-paced care while thinking critically and solving problems on the fly

Qualifications

Active RN license in Nebraska or compact state
BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
Minimum one year of recent PCU experience preferred
Valid driver's license for radius verification

Knowledge & Skills

Cardiac monitoring and drip titration
EEG monitoring experience
Strong critical thinking and communication skills
Ability to problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
Positive attitude and willingness to help teammates
