Shift Type: Rotating shifts including weekends

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assist in OB and OR procedures as a skilled scrub tech
Float between OB and OR units to support patient care needs
Prepare and maintain sterile surgical environments
Collaborate with surgeons and nursing teams during procedures
Ensure all surgical instruments and supplies are ready and accounted for

Qualifications

OB and OR experience required
Current Surgical Tech certification
Ability to provide two supervisory references (one within 12 months, one within 3 years)
Willingness to work 2 of 3 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years)

Knowledge & Skills

Strong knowledge of sterile technique
Experience floating between OB and OR specialties
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to adapt quickly in fast-paced surgical settings
