Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain their voice and communication skills in the comfort of their homes
Create personalized therapy plans that make a real difference in daily living
Collaborate with families and caregivers to support lasting progress
Document patient progress and adjust treatments to achieve the best outcomes

Qualifications

Current SLP license in California
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Home health experience is a plus
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable working independently in home settings
Compassionate approach to patient care
