Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 10-hour shifts available

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy services to patients across the lifespan
Collaborate with a dynamic interdisciplinary team to create personalized treatment plans
Support patients in achieving their rehabilitation goals in both inpatient and outpatient settings
Provide care to diverse patient populations including orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric cases
Contribute to early mobility programs and stroke-certified care initiatives

Qualifications

Current California Physical Therapist license required
BLS certification required
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Ability to float between inpatient, outpatient, and home health settings
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Outpatient and inpatient physical therapy expertise
Experience with orthopedic, neurological, and pulmonary patient populations
Comfort working with both adult and pediatric patients
Familiarity with early mobility and stroke rehabilitation protocols
Cerner EMR documentation skills
