Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized occupational therapy interventions that help patients regain independence
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to create comprehensive care plans
Assess patient needs and track progress to celebrate every milestone achieved
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home programs
Document care with precision using Cerner EMR to ensure seamless continuity

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapy license
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of experience in occupational therapy specialty
At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience preferred
Open to first-time travelers ready to make an impact

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
Excellent communication and patient education skills
Comfortable working with Cerner electronic medical records
Team-oriented mindset with a passion for rehab outcomes
