Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy to patients recovering from strokes, spinal cord injuries, and orthopedic procedures
Collaborate with an interdisciplinary rehab team to create personalized treatment plans
Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population across inpatient rehab, general medical floors, and outpatient clinics
Support patients with complex needs including bariatric, cardiac, and post-surgical recovery
Document care using Cerner EMR and contribute to positive patient outcomes every day

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in California
BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
Comfortable working weekends and holidays on a rotating schedule

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Experience with spinal cord injury, stroke, and orthopedic rehab
Familiarity with Cerner EMR
Ability to work both inpatient and outpatient environments
