Registered Nurse - LDRP
Location: Williston, North Dakota

End Date: 09-14-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:45 AM - 7:15 PM and 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM, every other weekend and holiday
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $81 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a dynamic LDRP setting
- Monitor fetal strips and interpret vital signs to ensure the best outcomes for mom and baby
- Titrate critical drips including Pitocin, insulin, and magnesium with precision and care
- Float to Med-Surg and ER units as needed, showcasing your adaptability and clinical expertise
- Collaborate with a dedicated team of CNAs and surgical techs to deliver seamless patient care
- Follow AWHONN guidelines and quality metrics to maintain the highest standards of safety
Qualifications
- Active RN license in North Dakota or compact license
- BLS certification required
- ACLS, NRP, and STABLE preferred
- Previous travel experience strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret fetal monitoring strips
- Strong critical thinking and adaptability skills
Knowledge & Skills
- Fetal monitoring and strip interpretation
- Critical thinking and decision-making
- Titration of Pitocin, insulin, and magnesium drips
- Meditech EMR experience
- Philips telemetry monitoring
- Traceview/PIP EFM system
