Shift Type: Day shifts, schedule varies (8, 10, or 16-hour shifts). 36 guaranteed hours per week.

Candidate Pay Rate: $47 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide exceptional nursing care to medical-surgical patients across various units
Float to different med-surg areas as needed, adapting quickly to new environments
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Maintain accurate patient records and document care using EPIC system
Uphold the highest standards of patient safety and quality care

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of recent Med/Surg nursing experience
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Georgia or compact state
BLS certification (AHA) required
Must be proficient in EPIC electronic health records
Ability to float and adapt to various units and patient populations
Strong communication and teamwork skills

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in medical-surgical nursing care and patient assessment
Proficiency with EPIC EHR system
Ability to prioritize and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and resilience when floating to different units
Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
